Skirv's Notes on the Dungeon

Through the years, I've gotten a hell of a lot of people severely ticked off over this whole Dungeon thing. They seem to think that being in the thing is some kind of condemnation of the people within, that I hate these people with a passion and would like nothing more to have them drop off the face of the earth.

That's a half-truth.

The Dungeon is my list of people that I have killfiled - who they are, how they dealt with me, why I decided that they weren't worth my time for a while, and so forth. I do believe that there are people in there that aren't worth the air that they breathe; however, they are few and far between, and outnumbered by the ones that I think are merely obnoxious and annoying, and are about equalled in number by the ones that I consider friends that nevertheless are in here. The only thing that all of these people share in common is having served a stint in my killfile - and trying to find other common links is doomed to failure. Trust me. I've tried.

So, to all of you out there that want to draw some conclusions about this page or anybody on it - read the whole thing first. Take it in the context that it was written in. Then you can go ahead and make your complaints, begin your crusades, and generally do your best to make my life a living hell - after you've at least spent the time to figure out what this Dungeon is all about.
