The last trip to Brownwood. Like when Granddad Died, Lori and I went out there with Kevin and Hannah this time, for one last look. This is the "new" drive way into the property. The property has been sold, house abandoned, and the trees being cut to put in 40 homes. Land price is $1,000,000 each lot. Land prices have gone up in the Elgin area since they sold in '88. The "country" is now suburbia.
