Obviously created by Boursy, Grubor, or one of their little pals in order
to sabotage the news.admin.net-abuse.* reorganization.  They seem to feel
that some mysterious "cabal" is behind the reorg, and even though there is
no cabal they enjoy harassing (often criminally)  people that they have
decide are "cabal members."

Since many of these so-called cabal members are newsadmins, and many
newsadmins would like to see this reorganization happen, Boursy, Grubor,
et al. are against it and will stop at nothing to sabogage it.

In the spirit of all bullies, they have decided that Tim Skirvin, being
young and impetuous and not a newsadmin, is their best target. 

If any specific people may be credited with hastening the downfall of
Usenet, it is these assholes and their pantywaist sysadmins.
