Message-ID: <007001c52d21$29f61150$6500a8c0@zeusincarnate> To: , From: "Chris S************" Subject: information on your website Date: Sun, 20 Mar 2005 01:48:10 -0600 Tim, I have respect for sys admins since I've filled that role at Intel in Sillicon Valley over the past five years. Since you're in the tech business, you can understand my extreme discontent with the fact that your killfile page comes up first with a search for my name. Now I can either be flattered that I'd made such an impact so as to stay on some active site with free publicity (reported as last updated two days ago), or just get pissed and pull in legal consulation. It's convenient having lawyer friends, and you'd be surprised (at least I have in the past) of their vindictive nature. I've tossed around the idea of bringing this to their attention, but figured it's some college game that would eventually disappear, especially after having mentioned it to you thru the last email (not to mention that it's been 9 years). I'll leave the process by which this matter is resolved, completely up up to you. You can either remove my name and any relating personal information entirely from your website, or force my hand on the legal end. Since I know this is email is active (via the website and confirmed previously by a friend that still works there), I'll expect to either hear back from you or to see the site has been scrubbed within the next two weeks. Other correspondance may have been jovial or unprofessional, but please consider this your final warning before I have legal charges brought up. This message will be archived as I do all mail (including a previous email notice I sent you). Thanks, Chris S************ http://home.comcast.net/~cnsatter
