Halloween Party 2006

Our party was organized with trepidation this year, simply because there were so many other parties going on all around us - I think that I was invited to four, and some of my friends were invited to up to eight. So it was a pleasant surprise when about forty people showed up over the night, most in actually creative costumes! My picture-taking was more restrained than it should be - only a hundred or so pictures, missing a lot of the best costumes - but hopefully we should have some more galleries coming in from various quarters soon.

Ford Prefect
Jen dressed up as the British version of the character. I approved, even if it wasn't obvious. 		Hufflepuff Andrea

Hedwig
Danielle's outfit was amazing, but again, I didn't get any good pictures of it. 		The Phantom (sortof)
Stuart was going for the *look*, without the actual character. Except that he was really using whatever he could find around the house. 		Gogo
Jessica, one of Beth's co-workers girlfriends, dressed up as the girl from Kill Bill. 		Jamie
She was some specific actress, but she wouldn't tell us who.
Mike and Lisa

Chrispy couldn't stay long, because of his allergies and the many other parties, but it was still good to see the pair.
Anne of Green Gables
Carl was Gilbert Blythe, and Beth was Anne of Green Gables. This is the kind of stuff that I wouldn't guess. 		Stuart and Wendy
Wendy was another costumeless one, but she brought good drinks, so I wasn't likely to complain. 		Mononoke Hime

Robin
Klara's outfit didn't really go with Zeb's, but it was still very well done. She was going for the "Teen Titans" look. 		Cali

Sarah
I felt like she was a character from Doom Patrol, but it was probably something else. 		V with Swords

At about 1:30am, a couple of girls walked in from down the street. One of them lives in the house a couple down from me... They were a little bit drunk. It was amusing.
