There have been more surprise parties floating around my life lately, ever
since Beth threw one
for me last year. So far, I'm the only one I knew of that didn't
figure it out ahead of time; I'm lame that way, I guess. Regardless, this
particular party was for Sean's 30th Birthday - and only three months
late! It was a fairly effective technique, but Sean still figured it
out...
Beth was able to come, which was fun. And I got to see my closest
friends, which was immensely satisfying.
